Welcome to Daphoco! My name is Alex, and I am the proud owner and founder of Daphoco. Born in 1982 in the North of Vietnam, I moved to Ho Chi Minh City after graduating from university. My professional journey began with roles in various foreign companies, ultimately leading me to Kim Bao Company. There, I spent eight years as a materials planner and production supervisor, focusing on faux shagreen accessories and indoor furniture. These years equipped me with the necessary experience and skills in manufacturing indoor furniture and handmade products.

 

Driven by a passion for creating unique and high-quality furniture, I established Daphoco in 2017. Over the past seven years, Daphoco has specialized in exotic home accessories and indoor furniture. Our main materials are unique and include faux animal skins and faux plant textures. This includes faux stingray or shagreen, turtle shell, crocodile, lizard, snake or boa, and plant textures such as canvas, raffia, grass cloths, rattan, and jute. We combine these materials with MDF, wood, marine plywood, metal leg frames, stainless steel borders, or glass for table tops to create a diverse range of products such as cabinets, mirrors, lamp bodies, tables, jewelry boxes, trays, photo frames, bath sets, and almost any other product our clients can envision.

Thanks to the unwavering support of our clients, we have grown from a small company with a few workers and a 300 sqm facility to a thriving business with 45 workers, a seven-person leadership team, four office staff, two QC specialists, one production manager, and numerous subcontractors. We proudly achieved the SMETA certification in 2023, which has further enhanced our reputation among sourcing agents and clients worldwide.
